Departure from Cuiabá at 09:00 AM toward Poconé, entering the legendary Transpantaneira Highway for a wildlife-rich overland expedition. Arrival at Pouso Alegre Lodge, an 8,000-hectare private reserve, followed by an afternoon safari targeting megafauna. After dinner, enjoy a nocturnal wildlife exploration focused on elusive species. Overnight at the lodge.

Pouso Alegre Lodge – Transpantaneira – Porto Jofre

Early morning walk to a panoramic observation tower to witness sunrise wildlife activity. After breakfast, continue the journey along the Transpantaneira on a long-range terrestrial safari with multiple stops for photography. Arrival in Porto Jofre in the evening, dinner, and technical briefing at the lodge.
